🥁 Drums
When I got a drum kit for Christmas when I was 10, I don't think anyone realised that it would become such a huge part of my life. I took lessons at my local Yamaha Music School for around 7 years and went on to study music at college and university, all whilst playing in local function bands and some original projects.
After university I became a Drum Teacher at the music school where I had been learning for many years. I taught many great students over the years and it was a really rewarding experience. I never stopped playing in function bands as I really enjoy the social aspect of playing music with other great musicians.
⛷️ Skiing
I have been skiing since I was 12 when my family took me on a trip to Val Thorens in France and I've been obsessed ever since. I have also been skiing in Italy, Austria and believe it or not, the UK! My first job was actually as a Ski Instructor at a dry ski slope in the midlands.
👨🏻💻 Coding & Tech
In my spare time I really enjoy experimenting with new technologies and trying to create things that are both fun and useful. I love everything from automating mundane tasks with quick little scripts to building bigger things like this website.
I also have a strong adoration for Apple products. I love the way the eco system works so seamlessly together and how everything is designed to be effortlessly beautiful and functional. That is, of course, with the exception of the Magic Mouse charger port!

I spend some of my free time watching youtube videos from my favourite creators. I enjoy watching tech content from creators like Theo, ThePrimeagen, Matt Pocock and Marques Brownlee. I also love watching content themed around cars from creators like, AutoAlex, Top Dead Center, Car Throttle, Drive Tribe.
🍪 Bourbon Biscuits
This might seem strange, but my love for bourbons runs deeper than them just being exquisite in every way. They remind me of my childhood and all the fond memories I have of raiding my Grandparents' biscuit tin whilst we all sat down to watch some saturday night TV together.
